DoggieDoor.com: Does your dog bark a lot? This article sets forth such a simple way to get it under control, my reaction was, "Why didn't I think of that?" It starts by suggesting the next time your dog barks, say "Speak!" and get all excited, letting your dog know how good he is for obeying your command. You probably already guessed what the next step is. Great stuff for solving what can be a big problem.
