Reunion Tenative Schedule of Events
Thursday, October 9th :
12:00 Noon All day Registration Desk at 339th Hospitality Room.
5:00-6:00 pm Welcome Meeting at the 339th Hospitality Room.
Socialize & refreshments @ "339th Hospitality room" (All Units will Host the Bar!).
Friday, October 10th:
08:00 am Photo ID or Passport required! A six hour tour starting with a tour of the White House (hopefully)
and then a tour of the City of Washington ending with a trip
to Arlington Cemetery. Due to security reasons on the White House Tour,
we will not know the date or time until a week or two before
our reunion so our whole Event Schedule has to be tentative.
12:30pm - 3:30pm Military funeral services for our
wartime comrade Major General William “Bill” Bryan, Jr. and his beloved
wife Olive at Arlington National Cemetery.
5:30 pm Possible Unit Dinners.
Socialize & refreshments @ "339th Hospitality room" (505th will Host the Bar!).
Saturday, October 11th:
09:00 am - 10:00 am Board of Director’s meeting
10:00am - 11:00am General Membership meeting
Free schedule rest of the day to socialize, see the sights or whatever.
5:30 pm Possible Unit Dinners.
7:00pm - 10:00pm Night tour of monuments - A narrated night tour of Washington.s monuments seen bathed
in artificial light. A .Must See. experience!
Socialize & refreshments @ "339th Hospitality room" (504th will Host the Bar!).
Sunday, October 12th:
Free schedule all day to socialize, see the sights or whatever.
06:00 pm Cash Bar followed by:
07:00 pm Banquet Dinner.
After dinner:
Socialize & refreshments @ "339th Hospitality room" (503rd will Host the Bar!).
Thursday October 13th:
06:30-09:30 am Farewell Breakfast Buffet.
12:00 Noon Check out.
We say farewell - "SEE YOU NEXT YEAR"
