Back Issue Sales

Published from 1980 to 1987, the Fat Tire Flyer was the only chronicle of the early days of mountain biking. I have copies available for collectors, researchers, and anyone else who wants a link to the roots of the sport. The copies for sale are in mint condition, most are still in the boxes as delivered from the printer. Because some issues are in better supply or are more "collectible" than others, I have separated them into "Classic" and "Premium" collections. The Fat Tire Flyer Classic Collection is a sampling of thirteen issues for $70.

The Fat Tire Flyer Premium Collection is for those who want the more collectible or rarer issues and includes the thirteen issues of the Classic collection plus the three premium issues, for a total of $125. The three Premium issues are also available either in single copies, priced as shown, or as a complete collection for $60, shipping and handling included.

These issues are more expensive due to shorter supplies and the historic value of the issue featuring Jacquie Phelan and Cindy Whitehead. The Fat Tire Flyer Premium Collection will include these as well as the issues in the Classic Collection, for $125.00, shipping and handling included.
