Objectivity and independence are maintained by all CPAs. Our code of professional ethics
prohibits subordinating our own judgment to that of others. Even where the tax law is
unclear, I will use my judgment to resolve questions in your favor, if there is reasonable
support for the position.
Confidentiality is maintained in all matters. Information is not released to unauthorized
persons.
Fees are based on the time and experience required for each engagement. Professional
ethics prohibit the receipt of contingent or commission based fees. At our initial
complimentary conference, the nature of the services to be provided, and the fee
arrangements are discussed.
Communication is a vital factor in any good client-professional relationship. My goal is to
