Entry Rules and Procedures: (Last minute updates can be found on UMBC's main page)

 

1. All entrants will be required to submit entries on official entry forms. A club "Release of Liability," executed by all participants, is required and must be mailed with regatta entry. A "Release of Liability" from each rower under the age of 18, day of regatta, signed by a parent or legal guardian, will also be required. Unaffiliated rowers must be members of the United States Rowing Association. Complete entries will include names of competitors, age year of regatta, payment in full for all entries, and executed releases for all participants. Releases not mailed in with entry will be collected at registration before bow numbers will be distributed.
2. All events will be scheduled.
3. ENTRY FEES: Due and payable with complete entries postmarked on or before September 18, 1999.*

*Late Fees: There will be a $10 late fee for incomplete, telephone or entries postmarked after September 18.

3. Clubs and individuals will be financially obligated to pay for no-show, changed and scratched, telephone and late entries. Non-payment of those entries will cause disqualifications in other events.
