Unless otherwise indicated, these macros and templates are all programmed by Jim Shackelford and can be used at no charge although copyrights are still reserved. You'll need an unzip utility to extract these files.

MakeHelp -- Macros to help create the document source file for Windows 95 style help files, including the source files for the help file included with the macros. It includes a brief overview of how to write simple help files. Developed in WP 8 but should work fine in WP 7 and WP 9.

FauxVar -- Mimics document variables found in WordPerfect 10 through the use of character styles. This version is for WordPerfect 9 and 10. Macros for WP 7/8 may be developed later.

QuickPrint ver. 3.0 -- Macro to quickly change paper trays, multipage letters, multipage merge letters and more. Handles most of your common printing chores easily.

Exhibits -- Two macros which allow you to create Bates style exhibit labels. One uses Avery #5667 labels. The other lets the user decide what label size to use.

Date Code to Date Text -- A set of macros converting those pesky date codes to date text with complete instructions. Includes a WordPerfect 8 template demonstrating the use of a template macro.

Pleadings Wizard for WP 6.1 -- This is a set of WordPerfect macros that offer a wizard type of format for setting up legal pleading captions.

Pleadings Wizard for WP 7, 8, 9 -- Same as above but for WordPerfect 7, 8 and 9.

File Open and Save Dialogs for WP 8, 9 -- UPDATED. Do you miss WP 6.1's QuickList? Do you want to be able to set up a list of favorite folders and quickly open or save a file to the folder or browse to the folder? When saving a file, do you simultaneously want to save a copy to floppy (drive A)? Then the Legamatic File Dialogs are for you. They do all this and more such as allowing you to optionally run or edit a macro and open or edit a template from within one dialog box. Decide on the fly whether to use WP's enhanced dialogs or the Windows standard dialogs. The version 8 dialogs work in both WP8 and WP9. FREE.

File Open and Save Dialogs for WP7 -- Similar to above but can only use WP's enhanced dialogs.

UBB Macros -- You can use these WordPerfect macros to insert formatting tags for Ultimate Bulletin Board systems and then cut and paste into an UBB message box. Not connected with UBB in any manner.
