PROJECT OSPREY
Project Osprey is a 5-year wildlife conservation partnership among the Audubon Society of New Hampshire, the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department and Public Service of New Hampshire.  The mission is to unite corporate, government and non-profit resources and expertise to enhance the recovery of the state's Osprey population and promote greater overall public awareness of the imortance of healthy ecosystems that support wildlife populations.

To accomplish this mission, the partners have embarked on an ambitious plan that includes elements of wildlife conservation efforts as well as education.  It is the educational arm of the plan that recently kicked off its Project Osprey Stewards Training at the Sandy Point Discovery Center on the shores of Great Bay.           (Excerpt from Great Bay Matters, Vol. 9 No. 2)
