I installed an economizer made with 3/8 K copper tube and silvered into 3/4 sch 40 copper pipe headers. There is seven and one half square feet of heating surface. |

The 12 Volt oil burner is of my own design. It has a solid state control panel that turns on and off the power to a 12 Volt permanent magnet motor, and a circuit that shuts off the ignition after thirty seconds. The fire is monitored with a fire eye and if there is a flame out the burner shuts down in seven seconds. |
