Chinese Chess Links

Xiang Qi Home Page by Mr. Peter Sung, vice president of the Toronto Xiangqi Association.  A wonderful site for the Chinese Chess enthusiast.  News, rules, puzzles, book reviews, clubs, ... and more.  Updated frequently.

The Chess Variant Pages by Professor Hans Bolaendar of the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands. Paradise for those who love chess and wish to discover its many flavors.  This site contains hundreds of pages and links.  Professor Bolaendar is a computer expert and updates his site every few days.

International Chinese Chess Server (ICCS)  The best place to play on-line against live opponents.  Be warned.  Your opponent can range from beginner to grandmaster!  There are several excellent, free ICCS client programs available.  Our favorite is CCCTWin.

Xiang Qi - The Art of Chinese Chess  Here you can play on-line against other Chinese Chess enthusiasts, work through a tutorial, or learn more about Chinese history and culture.

Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) Chinese Chess Club  by Daryl Chow.  Here you can learn how to play Chinese Chess.  Also has a section on Chinese Chess etiquette.  Updated infrequently.  Some links need revising.
