Send check or money order for $21.00 U.S. dollars to the address shown below.  This price includes Priority Mail delivery for U.S. customers and Surface delivery for customers outside the U.S.  Please allow 4-8 weeks for surface deliveries to foreign destinations.

If you live outside the U.S. and want Airmail delivery, then send the amount shown for your location in the chart below.

Note:  All orders are sent via the United States Postal Service.
